In the meantime, you can get your membership application completed by either downloading one online or by contacting a club officer. There are also club applications at Bickford’s in Epsom, Morrison’s in Madbury, and Rochester Sports Center on Rt.125 in Barrington. You can register your sled at these locations at the same time. How convenient is that?!

We will be holding our Third Annual Bonfire/Cookout on Saturday, February 11. Rochester Sports Center will once again have Demo Machines available to ride (depending on snow conditions) from 2–5 pm. Whether or not you have sleds, are in the club, or want to break into the sport, you are welcome to come and try out the latest models of snowmobile machines available. Following the demos, will be the bonfire/cookout at 5 pm at the home of club President Shawn Barry. Burgers, dogs, chicken, chili and lots of other goodies are always plentiful. This is always a great time for the whole family, and weather permitting, we may even get in a club ride in the morning. We had a great turnout last year; let’s see if we can make it even bigger this year.

Our February meeting will be on Thursday, February 9 at 7:00 pm at Nippo Lake Golf Club. The social will either be at Nippo or we will try to do a ride if weather permits on Thursday, February 23. As always, check out the website at: www.straffordswampstompers.org for up-to-date information.
