THE BOW LAKE COMMUNITY CLUB (continued)
Find out what Agatha Christie made Officer Hootspah do on
May 18, 19, 25 & 26 at 8 p.m. and May 27 at 2 p.m., when the
Lakeside Players present “Agatha Christie Made Me Do It.” “A
comedy/mystery in 3 acts, … a family show” so says Officer
Hootspah.
We are commencing Year 2 of “Where’s the Duck?!” You know
what to do, but here it is for newcomers: one of the ducks
that have become the logo for our “Ducks O’er the Dam” race
could be anywhere in this issue. The first person (of legal
age) who calls 664-9093 and leaves a message with their
name, phone number, and the page number of the duck’s
location will get a free duck. Same for the first person (of
legal age) who emails the correct information to
bobbowlake@metrocast.net, so that’s two chances for a
free duck. Fine print: Only one free duck per person per
month will be awarded and each person can only win one free
duck per year. So that gives two people the chance to
get in on the fun each month. Every duck that’s bought or
won gets you a chance to win $300, $150, or $75 on September
1 when the Ducks go O’er the Dam! Even if you don’t get a
free duck this month, you have a chance each month until
September, and in between you can still buy them. At $5 each
and volume discounts, they’re still the best
game in town!
