ABOUT THE CALENDAR
The editors of this newsletter reserve the right to make any such corrections, additions, and/or deletions as needed in material submitted in accordance with established editorial practice. Opinions expressed in the Strafford Community Calendar do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the staff. The staff is not responsible for any changes in function dates, times, or locations; errors; omissions; or cancellations. In general, articles and announcements from non-profit groups and Strafford town officials are inserted in the Calendar free of charge. If necessary, the editors will make individual decisions regarding financial consideration. All materials must be received by the 15th of the month for inclusion in the following month’s issue.

Box 341, Strafford, NH 03884, payable to Strafford Community Calendar. E-mail articles and pictures to staff@straffordcommunitycalendar.com with the name of your organization or article topic on the subject line. (See “Article Submission Guidelines” below.) Please include your name, addresses (e-mail and mailing), and telephone number on all submissions. We do not accept anonymous submittals. Thank you for your cooperation.

ARTICLE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please submit articles in Microsoft Word format or RTF format if possible (File name ends with .doc or .rtf). Otherwise, place the text of your article directly into the message section of your e-mail. Type your article in sentences, not ad-like phrases. Do not use formatting features such as bullets, numbering, or automatic space before or after paragraphs. Leave only one space after periods and colons. If possible, use numbers only to designate dates (no st, nd, or th). All of these will save precious time and/or space. Your editors are grateful for your help with the publication of The Strafford Community Calendar.
